Hikma Driving School Inc

STUDENT AGREEMENT

This contract constitutes an agreement between Hikma Driving School, INC and the student. No verbal
statements or promises will be recognized. This contract will expire six months from the start date. No
refunds will be given after the classroom starts. However, students may be allowed to enroll in different
sessions.

Hikma Driving School, Inc does not guarantee a Driver License for any student. This agreement is valid for
six months.

If a student needs to cancel a lesson, Hikma Driving School must be notified 24 hours in advance. If a student
is sick, the student must submit a doctor’s note to Hikma Driving School. If a student misses a scheduled
lesson without notifying Hikma Driving School 24 hours in advance the student will be charged a full price.
